While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may cause temporary service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TropVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
