1. Money-Back Guarantee

All new TropVPN subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

The guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only. Renewal charges and plan upgrades are not covered by the money-back guarantee but may be eligible for a partial refund under Section 3.

To request a refund within 7 days, email billing@tropvpn.com with your order details. We'll process it within 3–5 business days.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

The following are always eligible for a full refund:

  • Refund requested within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Service was completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure (not your ISP)
  • You were charged twice for the same subscription period (duplicate billing)
  • You were charged after submitting a valid cancellation request before your renewal date

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for the following situations:

  • Annual plan cancelled after the 7-day window — a prorated refund for unused months may be issued
  • Plan downgrade mid-cycle — credit may be applied toward your next billing period
  • Documented service degradation affecting your specific account for an extended period

Partial refund decisions are made case-by-case. Contact support with your account details and a description of the issue.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window on monthly plans
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
  • Cryptocurrency payments (all crypto transactions are final and non-reversible)
  • Claiming you were unaware of the subscription terms displayed at checkout
  • Issues caused by your own device, ISP, or network configuration
  • Change of mind after the 7-day guarantee period

5. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, processing times depend on your payment method:

Your VPN access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, even after a refund is issued.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We can resolve most billing issues quickly and directly.

Note: Accounts associated with chargebacks will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the chargeback is found to be unwarranted, the account may be permanently terminated and the user may be prohibited from creating new accounts.
